Our Deluxe Balcony Sea View Rooms (40 m2) are located on the second floor of Sunset Hill’s low-rise Tulip building. These luxury finished rooms consist of a spacious bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed and a beautiful balcony.

The second floor deluxe rooms have large windows with views on the Sea. In addition to the high quality beds, these studios are equipped with a luxury flat screen TV, a small counter with electric water kettle, minibar, and refrigerator, as well as a working desk and bedside tables.

Note: Please let us know if you prefer two single beds or one double bed. An extra bed can be added to this room type on request.
